Song yang merupakan refleksi dari insiden tahun 2011 ini, sukses membuat kehausan VIP terbayar dengan lagu slow yang tak terelakan hentakan drum yang membuat hati ikut berdegup kencang. Blue sendiri merupakan single dan MV pertama yang promosikan YG. Prosesi syuting yang berlangsung di NYC ini turut mengundang paparazzi yang menjadi stakler for my namja in there. Lagu yang berdurasi 3:53 ini menceritakan tentang air mata VIP kesedihan VIP karena BigBang sepernuhnya dibayar VIP dengan 2mil in one day. Daebak! Rap GDTOP pun tak seperti biasanya, lebih slow dan lembut sehingga membuat kesan TOP Singing. Suara parau Panda begitu membaur sehingga melewati telinga seperti angin, lembut.
